Through an annual Juneteenth celebration, Eastern Shore Juneteenth intends to bring the community together to celebrate Black culture and achievement; to provide community education on Black history and the ongoing struggle for civil rights; and to create a safe space for Black creativity and expression. Let's celebrate the Black Experience!

The Salisbury Pride Parade and Festival includes entertainment, vendor booths, exhibits, food, and more. The first in the region, Salisbury Pride seeks to promote visibility and positive images of the LGBTQIA+ communities of the Eastern Shore. Salisbury is a diverse, eclectic city, and our hopes for Salisbury Pride Parade 2023 are to build alliances that work towards our mutual goals as a community. Salisbury Pride Parade 2023 has something for everyone! Join us June 24th starting at 2 PM in Downtown Salisbury for the Pride Parade; the festival begins immediately after, beginning at 2:30 PM.
